Chicken Fingers


    Ingredients

    • Chicken Flay-200gram
    • Garlic-4 cloves
    • Egg-1
    • All Purpose Flour (maida)-2 tbsp
    • Corn Flour-2tbsp
    • Cinnamon Powder-1/2tsp
    • Crushed Red Pepper-1tbsp
    • Black Pepper-1/4tsp
    • White Pepper-1/4tsp
    • Salt-to taste
    • Oil- for frying

    Method

    • Cut chicken like a fingers.
    • Take a bowl and cut garlic, egg, all purpose flour, corn flour, all spices and make a  smooth mixture.
    • If mixture gets thick then add 4 tbsp water.
    • After that take chicken put salt, black pepper, all purpose flour (dry).
    • Now take one piece of chicken dip in to beaten egg after that fried it.
