boil and peel eggs mix spices to mince meat coat eggs with mincemeat as shown heat oil in a pan and whole garam masala ,cumin ,fry onions till golden brown add turmeric , ginger garlic paste , and cook till raw smell in gone,add cumin,coriander ,chilli pdr add tomato and almond paste and cook till oil ozzes out add water and cook covered -check seasoning add chilli ,and slip in koftas finish off with chopped coriander leaves serve hot with rice , chapati or naan. |
